Terry Mulligan

Mining Week to publicly recognize an outstanding individual in recognition of his outstanding leadership in advancing and promoting the mining industry in British Columbia, MABC is pleased to recognize the many efforts of the late Terry Mulligan.

Terry was a steadfast supporter of a strong and growing mining industry and a firm believer in giving back.  As the President and CEO of the Mining Suppliers Association of B.C. (MSABC) for 22 years, Terry saw the industry through numerous cycles.  A leader who was able to encourage participation and mobilize action, Terry was dedicated to building a strong and prosperous mining industry that generated jobs for all regions of the province.

Terry was also a driving force behind many of the industry’s charitable causes.  A long-time supporter of Mining for Miracles, MineralsEd, BC Mining Week and the Britannia Mine Museum, Terry was a leader and an advocate for giving back and raising awareness about the importance of a thriving mining industry.
